This foundation is perfect for my aging but breakout prone skin. It is creamy and smooth, but not slippery or oily. I use a damp beauty blender which leaves a perfect finish. It is somewhat matte but still looks good for aging skin and lasts all day. My only complaint is the lack of shades. I am pretty fair, neutral tone, so I use the Natural Light usually, which is too fair for the summer. Osmosis and LovelySkin may sell more if there were more selections.

I have dry, almost-50 year-old skin and I’m a tretinoin user. So, some foundations can make me look like I’m an ancient statue in need of repair! This foundation is a good one! It has a lovely, satin finish that is neither too dewy nor too matte and seamlessly repairs those cracks to a state the original artist would be proud. It can be built up, a bit, from a low medium to a high medium coverage without looking caked on. The shade range is limited and the lightest shade is barely pale enough for me, but I didn’t notice a lot of oxidation, so it worked out perfectly. It’s definitely in the top ten of best foundations I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot!!i think it will work for a lot of skin types, too, as the product is in that Goldilocks zone for texture, coverage, and formula.

The first time I tried this foundation, it did not work for me. It almost seemed to enhance my pores. Not a good look! Then, I adjusted what I placed on my skin prior to my foundation application. Mainly made sure my skin was well moisturized and now it works beautifully. Stays on all day and makes my skin look flawless. I mix 2 colors- honey and natural medium. Goes on really well and looks even smoother when applied with a damp beauty sponge. Would highly recommend this product!
