Pretty shine, very thick and tacky
I think this should be marketed as a lip treatment only, it is truly too thick and sticky to be an eye cream. Not at all a cream, has more of a balm consistency. Keeps my lips ultra hydrated with a pretty shimmer. The first one I received was completely empty/packaging never filled. I called LovelySkin, and they immediately sent me another. Great customer service!
