I had high hopes for this foundation. I have rosacea and and was looking for a healthy alternative to my regular foundation. This has almost no coverage, I would say it's sheer at best. It really isn't blendable or spreadable, so I couldn't really layer it. The feel is okay, but a little heavy. Overall, I do not recommend. In my opinion, it was a waste of money.

My favorite foundation!
I love this foundation! I am 62 years old with combination skin and have always had large pores on my nose. Also, I recently had MOHS surgury on my nose and cheek and had small scar lines I wanted to cover. This foundation covers scars so well and minimizes my pores but is surprisingly so light feeling. You can layer it up as much as needed, but I honestly just add one extra layer to my nose. I also like that the foundation has SPF protection so I can use my favorite moisturizer and not have to use one with SPF. It gives a beautiful finish and I don't need to add a finishing powder.

I absolutely love this foundation. It's a bit pricey, yes, especially considering the amount you get, but it's worth it!! What you get: light to medium coverage (depending on how much you use) without the feeling of having any makeup on. It doesn't clog pores or cause break-outs nor does it stick to dry areas. When I first started using it, I wore a primer underneath. I got lazy one day and tried it without...turns out it works just as well/looks just as nice without it. I also like the fact that I can apply this with my fingers vs. having to use a brush to get good results. If you are wanting a product that will leave you looking pulled-together but still natural (i.e. letting a bit of your own skin show through) and that's easy-peasy to use, this is for you!

I normally use BB creams. This has much more coverage. I was able to pick my correct shade based on the examples shown. The only thing is I’m not convinced it’s any more breathable than the average foundation. It is good quality. But not sure I would spend $ on it again.

Almost Foundation Heaven!
I was SO very excited to try the Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation when I received my delivery! After researching foundations quite a bit, I felt like I had found my perfect foundation. Because my skin is extremely sensitive, I cannot use the majority of foundations/BB/CC creams on the market due to many of the ingredients including, but not limited to, chemical sunscreens and denatured alcohol. So when I first put this on, the foundation felt like foundation heaven! The formulation is literally perfect for my skin. In fact, I didn't feel like I was putting on makeup - it felt far more like a serum/moisturizer. So I was crushed to realize that the color was way too dark for me. Like many specialty/higher end foundations on the market - the color selection is very limited. (Why is this?) I am extremely fair with a cool undertone but the lightest shade in Oxygenetix' blue undertone shades was much too dark for me. For those who are more within the 'normal' skin tone categories, I think this foundation could be the ultimate for many!
