Feel great, hydrated eyes, but no reduction in puffiness

I really do like these. They feel nice and leave my under eyes beautifully plumped and hydrated. It's a nice addition to ME time. I haven't seen much reduction in puffiness though, but idk if I can blame that on these anyways since my bags are hereditary. I say give em' a try! A+ for hydration seriously. My skin soaked it right in :)
