Seems to work, light and smooth texture
It seems that this moisturizer helps control my facial oil. The texture is like yogurt, soft and light it applies well and leaves no residue. However, it flakes with PCA Skin's own sunscreen (weightless protection, old formula) on my face, which is annoying.

Great for acne-prone skin
As an adult still battling with hormonal acne, I was looking for a moisturizer that wouldn't clog my pores, but still hydrates and clears my acne. This has been my go-to night moisturizer! (counting all my orders, I've bought 7 bottles so far). I'm also a skin care junkie, so I alternate between products depending on my skin condition on that night. Just be aware, if you use retinol/Retin A, and your skin gets dry, this is not the best moisturizer to top it with. You might wake up with dry skin. I personally use it on those nights when I don't add retinol to my pm routine. I wake up with a beautiful glow and clear skin.

My go to moisturizer
This has been a staple in my skincare arsenal for years now. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this product is my go to to help calm and soothe my skin but also to keep it hydrated. It’s super light and feels great for day and/or night. If I’m feeling like I need a bit more hydration I’ll mix in a dab of the collagen hydrator.

Not Enough Moisture
I really wanted to love this product, as I have large pores, and they get clogged easily. But every time I tried it, it caused ANYTHING I layered on top of it (sunscreen, foundation, etc) to pill and come off. It didn’t make me break out, which is a plus, but just wasn’t hydrating enough and didn’t work well with other products.

I was looking for a gentle moisturizer for my highly sensitive, yet acne-prone (resistant hormonal breakouts), aging (42-year-old) skin. I specifically wanted a product that contains niacinamide due to the intense hydration properties - without the greasiness that is provides. This is my first experience with the PCA Skin brand.
