Have been using this for a month and have buyers remorse. Over priced and under performs. I switched to this from another product thinking it would perform better and I was wrong. Doesn't assist with puffiness or sooth in anyway. The product is kind of thick, so it's a little greasy and takes awhile to absorb. Only plus is that it doesn't burn my eyes. Do feel it's super moisturizing either. Will not repurchase. Also feel the packaging is somewhat the problem. I feel like the product has already gone bad after being exposed to air everyday with taking the lid on and off. Don't like the texture either, not very creamy or smooth. Kind of gloppy.

Some while back I received a sample of this PCA SKIN Ideal Complex Restorative Eye Cream. I was rather surprised by how much better it was for the despicably crinkly skin under my eyes, which seemed to defy nearly all products I had tried. The sample tube lasted for a very long time because only a tiny bit i`s required to smooth out my eyes' abhorrent wrinkled skin.
