This product does not recommend use on neck and décolletage. Therefore I am using it only on my face. So far it is the best retinal product I have used in years. It will be my regular nightly retinal facial treatment. I believe this is a product is meant to have an effect, it is truly a treatment product. It makes a noticeable difference in The smoothness/texture of my forehead. I highly recommend it for those not too sensitive, or start slowly. Now I use it every night and it causes no irritation of any kind and I have sensitive, thinning 71 year old skin.
