Ladies, this product works as it says (for once) BUT, temporary AND has a white residue that looks weird if you wear makeup! It’s a hoot to watch wrinkles disappear BUT, can’t cover it and washing it off your wrinkles are right back ! NO CREAM just injections change your looks!!! Keep it hydrated, don’t smoke, don’t sunbath, which I did it all and regret it! Also try to sleep on your back for less wrinkles!I am 65 and just a honest women, don’t want young women to be spending all their $, (I did)....Cheeree O!

It worked.
Started the timer to see how long it would last. It was 7:45 am when finished application and decided to wash my face about 6:45 pm. It was starting to loose it's effectiveness but was holding up better than another product I tried (SCU). No issue with white residue either. It does make you eyes feel tight, but that is what you need to realize that this will happen while it's on your eye bags.

Love this stuff!
I find this really works to lessen puffiness and swelling around my eyes. You really need to check to make sure you use the right amount so there's not too much residue when it dries but you can always remove the excess with a cotton swab or damp cotton ball. I love it!

Best product for eye bags ever!
I have been using this product for years, and I won’t go a day without it. I don’t think my friends and family would know me if I didn’t use this in the morning be for my makeup, because it makes me look years younger. I live with my sister as of 6 months ago and she couldn’t believe her eyes when she seen me use this magic eye firmer and now I have her hooked on it. Save your money! This product does tighten your skin VERY TEMPORARILY but when the product completely dries it will leave a white residue that cracks and flakes off of your skin. I do not care how thin you try to spread the product on your face it will still dry a leave a white residue. You cannot cover it with make up because it will cause your makeup to flake off with it. It would be a good Halloween product because it looks like your skin is cracking and flaking off your face!

This product is great. I love it and put on every morning after my cleansing, moisturizing, priming. After all that I usually get a moist q-tip and run it under my eye to thin out my primer, then apply small amount of firm-x - dab on. After that. Take the q- tip again and gently go around the outer rim of the product. That helps remove the white chalky look. After it dries I find that I have to use the q-tip again very gently to remove more of white film. I wish that could be removed from product. It does take a little time to find the right combination to make it work. I found that once I started using makeup primer, it seemed to be easier. I do love this product and use it everyday. I am 45 with heredity bags and this is all that I have found that works.

The secret is to use a small amount, and to dab, not rub. This is the only thing out there that has actually worked for me - and it does work! You just have to learn the best technique for your skin and facial products, but worth taking the time and practice to do so.

Frustrating Product
I wanted so badly for this product to work but it only made the undereye area more pronounced. It does tighten the area but you are left with a white residue that you are supposed to wipe off. As you do that, you are left with uneven areas. What a disappointment!!
