These are the best salicylic acid pads on the market. If you wash your face and then use one of these pads you will find a lot of grime on the pad. Your skin is super clean especially effective prior to a hot towel treatment or application of a serum. The name implies its an acne treatment but it really works in removing the debris from your pores like flakey skin cells, sunscreen, make up trapped in your pores or just that dirty feeling from heat & humidity.
