This certainly brings skin moisture. I use this after a night's face wash. It also has the effect of removing dirt further, but it also moisturizes. However, the point to be worried about is that the fragrance is strong. I don't hate this.

Feels moisturizing.
Like its cleanser partner, this feels very nice going on and very moisturizing. Have been using only a couple of weeks. I am happy it doesn't feel like it is stripping or leaves face tight.
