First of all, I'm glad to be able to get this product since the person who did my facials retired. I love the product, but unfortunately one of the bottles I ordered had a broken pump. I will be able to remove the one I am using now when this bottle is finished and reattach it to the broken one. I hope this problem won't happen again on my next order.
