Light Moisturizer for Thick Hair
I’ve been using the Phyto 9 for about a month. I have very thick Afro hair which does get very dry especially with the heat inside the house and the cold air outside. I used to use a Phyto cream years ago so I think they changed the formula. It absorbs very quickly and does not leave any greasy or oily residue. You will feel a little moisture on your fingers. It also detangles my hair so its easy to comb through. I feel like it has helped my split ends and I have very little shedding since I started using it. When I use it at night, I twist or braid my hair ends and tuck the ends away. In the morning, my hair feels moist and soft. The directions say a little goes a long way and it’s true. Don’t overdo it. Besides the tube is small so it can easily fit in a clutch but the product itself seems very potent. It is light enough to put a little on during the day without weighing down your hair. The smell is pleasant- like at a salon.

I ordered this product for my frizzy hair. The description sounded like it was the miracle product. I have very fine hair, colored and highlighted hair. I take care of my hair. I’m 64 years old and probably 50% gray. That’s hard to tell when you've been coloring your hair for the last 20 years. Anyway, it did help with the dryness of the ends of my hair but instead of 1 bead of product that was in the description, it took 2 beads twice for it to help condition the ends and around my face. I guess like everyone else, I’m trying to find the perfect solution to my particular hair problem. Would I purchase this again? Probably.
