They work
I've been taking these for a little over 3 months and I truly do believe they make a difference along with increased protein intake. My nails typically don't grow long and break and peel off, but I noticed the past couple weeks they are growing with no breakage or peeling! My hair also is stronger, thicker, and is not shedding nearly as much as it used to. I've also gotten more comments from people saying my hair looks thicker, is getting longer, etc (i dont typically hear comments like this about my hair btw!). These worked better for me than others. They smell bad but I don't care. It goes away and doesn't linger after you take them. The ingredients are awesome as well, they are within reasonable ranges instead of mega high doses of vitamins you don't need!

Not the greatest vitamins
These vitamins have a distinct odor which I don’t like, they also upset my stomach. I will not buy them again

A Product for all!
I'm a hairdresser and I have been using PHYTO products for over 25 years. The company dates back to the 1960s and has a rich history. Not only was Patrick Ales a founding father of botanical hair products, but when Horst Rechelbacher created the original AVEDA (of which I am not a fan in its current state of production), he went to France to study with Dr. Ales. This is a newer formulation of the original vitamins (one of his first products on the market) and is supposed to suppress the enzymes that shrink hair follicles. The effect of this will keep us from experiencing the elderly, baby bird fuzz hair we are all predisposed to. I recommend these to almost every person who sits in my chair. Aging, cancer (in tandem with their shampoos, oils, and scalp solutions) these are a silver bullet for any hair loss phenomenon.
