Easy to use
The scent of the shampoo is appealing. I pour a little of the thinning treatment at a time then massage my scalp. It is easier to use vs. the applicator. I was using a competitor brand although I like this one better. Results are slow although I think it is helping as hair feels thicker.

Purchased this for the serum to help densify my normally course hair strands which become finer over time. Just started using so haven't noticed improvement yet. Plastic applicator makes it convenient and easy to apply. The shampoo contains SLS.
