Phytomer XMF Cleansing cream

Phytomer products have been my product of choice for close to 15 years. Every product Phytomer has put out has worked really great for my skin until XMF Cleansing Cream. If I apply it and leave it on for a few minutes, it feels like a coating of plastic and dose not seem to wash off so I have to apply it, rub lightly and wash it off at once. I still do not like the way it feels.
