I took off one star because the product gets very sticky in my hands, but as long as you use the product correctly (only apply to wet hair, not dry!) you will achieve full results! I have baby fine hair and it's also not as thick as it used to be. I spray sections of my hair from root to tip then brush it thru my hair. Next I use a round brush and my blowdryer. This gives me beautiful body that LASTS till my next washing. My hair looks full and has body/shine. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all. Since I started using this I don't have to use a curling iron or straightner. This is my FAVORITE PRODUCT EVER!! I don't understand the negative reviews.
