My hair is thin and getting quite dry. Have started to use All Soft and my hair seems to be softer and have a bit more body. Still looking for my 5 star shampoo/conditioner but will stick with this for a while to see if it becomes 5 star with time!

I think this product is very helpful with respect to making hair feel softer. My hair has a lot of gray which is often coarse, particularly when you originally had very dark hair. Wish it made my hair a little shinier though, but I recommend it and have given it to my sister who really loves it.
