The Rene Furterer ASTERA Fresh Soothing Freshness Shampoo has really helped to reduce the itchiness in my scalp. I also like that I need only apply it and let it sit without constating massaging my scalp as required by another product.

Moderate improvement
I can’t say this has totally eliminated my scalp dryness and itch, but it has helped. And it’s a nice smelling, nice lathering product. I tried pairing it with a sample of the pre-shampoo oil treatment from the same line, and that combo seemed more effective than the shampoo by itself.
