My dermatologist suggested I use this about 25 years ago. I’ve been using it ever since. I was lucky she gave me your name. I used to buy it from her before she retired. Don’t know what I’d do without it. It makes a tremendous difference in my complexion. I’m over 80 years old and people think I’m much younger. Not an effective exfoliation glycolic & the color was off
I read recent reviews on Amazon & found similar issues. My order of this cream arrived a tan color instead of the creamy white color it’s supposed to be. So maybe it’s old or there’s a problem with the ingredients now. But worst of all it was like putting a light weight lotion on with ZERO AHA/glycolic acid in it. I have lower strengths of 10% & less in other brands & you feel the acid effects & slight sting .. nothing with this cream & maybe the PH is off or they don’t actually have 20% in the cream. I’m sorely dissatisfied was looking forward to a good 20% cream. I gave it two stars instead of 1 because the cream itself felt nice & decently moisturizing but didn’t last long but as noted it was like it has zero AHA in it.

New to night time routine
I started using this almost a year ago and don’t see much change in fine lines around my eyes, but my skin feels so soft and smooth. I had been using a retinol cream at night and was concerned that using this would be too irritating to my 70 year old skin, but adding the glycolic to my rotation of moisturizing, and retinol at night seems to be a good combination.
