Not hydrating enough
I bought this product because I bought other items from the same but I did not find it hydrating at all. My skin did not benefit from it at all and I constantly had to mix it with another serum before I decided to return it and get something else

Feels okay so far
This product feels a little sticky on the skin after application, and the dropper is not as effective in getting the product out of the bottle. I expected better quality given the price point.

A little sticky
I just started using this so can't speak to long term effects. The product goes on well and there's no smell. Cons: I don't love the dropper. After applying on my face, my fingers feel sticky. It doesn't feel sticky on my face, just my fingers that applied the product. Kind of weird and unpleasant.

I have used this product for several years and the bottle now is so TERRIBLE. Why did they change from the old one that was easy to use? I’ll probably switch to a different brand because you waste the product because it won’t come out. NOT HAPPY

Plastic bottle now?
This is an ok high molecular weight HA serum, but I felt it was overpriced for what it was. It did not outperform much less expensive comparable products. Now they changed the packed from glass to plastic? Will not purchase again. I will not be pay $90 for a mediocre performing product in a plastic bottle.
