This is like a moisturizing serum or a VERY light moisturizer. I like the ingredients for skin soothing benefits. It is pricey though.

I live in Upstate NY and the winters are horrid and more horrid on my skin. I was using a thicker richer more expensive cream when I got this as a sample. I always assume thicker means more hydrating but not in this case. My skin loves this and soaks it in, It doesn't pill when I layer it and my skin stays hydrated through the night into the am. I'm beyond thrilled that I've now switched as my itchy skin is glowing and happy again.
