New Formula & packaging - disappointing
A year ago I received this product as a free sample to try. I loved it right away! I have ordered several more since then. However, this last time when my order arrived, I was surprised to see the entire consistency of the product had changed. Even the dispenser had changed. I have used the new product and the results are still the same. No complaints. What I am upset about is that it only lasted 2 months, instead of 4 months (with the old formula). I am very disappointed in this manufacturer and will not repurchase ever again. By trying to cut corners and increase profits, they have lost a loyal customer.
