Expensive for so little value

I bought this as a replacement for my Teamine eye cream which had been recommended by my dermatologist for dark undereye circles. I tried it 2x per day, taking pictures every morning for 15 days. Over time, there was a very slight reduction in puffiness, but no change to pigmentation whatsoever. I switched to a prescription cream on the advice of my dermatologist which seems to work better (so far) and is half the cost.
