Best topical neck treatment
I have honestly tried pretty much every topical neck treatment there is, at all price points. Nectifirm Advanced is the best I have found. It is not the fountain of youth by any means so don't think you will have your 21 year old neck back! But I feel like it keeps the crepe-y neck skin at bay more hours in the day than the other products I have tried. And my skin doesn't look dried out a few hours later. It doesn't leave my neck feeling tacky or "dewy". I ran out of it for about 2 weeks and I could tell a difference in the texture and laxity of my neck. That confirmed for me that I am using the best product.

Give it time, but it really works!
I'm in my early 30s and have recently been noticing all of the annoying lines on my neck. I'm guessing the wrinkles have something to do with "tech neck" (wrinkles from scrunching/looking down at devices all day). I have tried neck patches, which didn't really work for me. I have tried the Nectifirm (non advanced formula) and it felt like it was helping a little but they were 100% turning my white sheets yellow around the edge where my face lies. I did try another brand and did like that. Once I ran out, I wanted to try something else to see if I would like it better. (Plus, they did an overhaul/rebranding on their products, and I didn't know how much they changed the original formula of their products.) I just bought my second bottle of Nectifirm Advanced and I will say I'm never switching back. My neck wrinkles have decreased by about 85% or more. Because they don't just disappear overnight, it was hard to tell how well it was working as I was using it. But comparing my neck to what it was 4-6 months ago, it's like night and day. I also prefer Nectifirm Advanced's pump dispenser to other products. It's easy to tell how much to use (2 pumps worth), and because it's so expensive, I'm sure that saves money to not have to guess. This product is annoyingly expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it for me!

Excellent for sensitive skin
This neck cream is really excellent. I have been using for a while now and lines are definitely softening around my collarbone and the neck itself. I always get red when I have used neck creams in the past, and this one does not react at all with my skin. Goes on very nicely with the pump canister and blends in easily. No smell at all. Revision is an excellent brand - I also use their brightening facial wash and love it.

Nectifirm Advanced Works Better Than Expected For Me
I’d had good results with the Nectifirm, with increased firmness and a decrease in the crepe-paper look of the skin on my neck. When they introduced Nectifirm Advanced I asked my dermatologist if it were worth the extra money. His opinion was yes, it is, and he cited a study that showed not only better results than the original Nectifirm, but also some users’ statements that it was effective in tightening up the jowls as well. That’s all I needed to hear! I’m now on my second bottle and I have had good improvement on my neck and also enough tightening of my jowls to be able to tell a difference in before and after photos! That alone was worth it for me. I much prefer this pump to the jar that the original comes in; it’s easier and neater. Takes me two pumps to cover my neck and jowls. After my first bottle I broke the bottle open to use the remaining product, but this vacuum bottle is so efficient in pumping the product out that I found only enough for about half an application. With the old bottles of other products I usually get at least two or three days’ worth of product. Was surprised at how well I liked everything about Nectifirm Advanced and will continue to spend my hard-earned money on it.

Extremely Pleased!
I have been using the Revision Skincare Nectifirm Advanced for about 3 weeks and I am very pleased with this product so far. I use it twice a day after cleansing and can visibly see the improvements. So far I see a smoother neck appearance and decreased crepiness as well as skin wrinkling. I hope to see more improvement in the area just below my chin but even in that area I see improvement. Overall, the benefits have been pretty amazing. I have used Revision skincare products for several years. They have 2 Nectifirm formulas. I have highly sensitive skin. Both products are great and non-irritating. The Advanced is a bit more expensive, but is totally worth it because I am totally worth it and so are YOU! I am NOT getting any younger :).
