So far, it's seems to work
I've been using the regular nectifirm for the last year and switched to the advanced. I think it works better. My lines seem less noticeable. Overall, I think it works well.

Great but dispenser not so great
I do like this Nectifirm Advanced and I think it works better than regular Nectifirm (although that is also good!). The problem is the dispenser. Way too much unnecessary plastic. I guess they are trying to make you feel that you are getting your money's worth ('cause, yeah it's price-y) , but I'd rather they simply put it in a tube. I cracked the thing open once with pliers and a screwdriver (not easy). I wanted to see if there was something magical about the dispenser. Nope! And there was a lot of product left inside. At what this costs I now crack each dispenser open to get about a week's more product out! : D

Works for fine wrinkles
This product is good, but really for only superficial wrinkles on the neck. Anything with depth won’t have a lot of improvement. It is very moisturizing.

I love everything Revision! This lotion is thick, in scented and feels great. The lotion blends in well and doesn’t leave a greasy feel. I haven’t yet noticed an improvement in the wrinkles on my neck but my skin is so smooth and soft.

So here's the thing. We cannot make the skin stop doing what it does during the aging process. If we could, my skin would be perfect. But alas, the effects of gravity and the manner in which you sleep take a horrible toll. That said, would my neck be worse if I hadn't been using this product for the last many, many years. Who knows. The thing is, there are components in this Revision that do not occur in other products, and so I continue to trust it. When I tried other products, I saw no different results or improvement. But again, for a true test, one must use a product such as this long term to see if there is a difference between them. Unless one of my other 2 favorite brands come out with something that's proven, I'll stick with this.

It's not a miracle product, but it's currently my neck cream of choice. I layer it over my retinaldehyde product (I use tretinoin on my face). I like that a lot of ingredients in here are efficacious in theory, but I would love to see some more convincing clinical trials with stronger in vivo data. Companies are not incentivized to do this, so I doubt it will happen. The "5 star" products in my regimen have better data to back them up.

Necitifirm always improves the look of my neck... plumps it up. I don't know how much it does to treat long term but I'm sure it can't hurt. My dermatologist says she uses SkinCeuticals to treat at night and Nectifirm for a better look in the morning. I'm trying that now to see how it goes. But I will always use Nectifirm if for nothing else but cosmetic purposes.

Moisturizing, nice texture neck cream
This neck cream is unscented, which is important to me. It glides on smoothly and is moisturizing without being greasy. I think it is helping the appearance of my neck, but I can’t say it’s dramatic; however, I haven’t been using it very long. I plan to continue using it consistently and plan to order another bottle after I finish this one. That should give me enough time to determine how effective it is.

As a 74 year old that just lost 20 lbs and 2 of my 3 chins, my neck was baggier than my bat wings. I bought a bottle of Nectifirm. Was it doing anything? How long does it take to see improvement? The results were subtle at best, so I thought. Then I ran out of bottle number 1, and the weeks that followed seemed to show more sagging and wobbling than before, even though I didn't lose more weight. 67 year old small built female with long neck, use to be one of my great features. Now more area to be exposed as we age, and we all hopefully will have the opportunity to, age. This product is rather expensive, at least in my financial world. Does tighten some, more so in the décolletage area. If you only use once a day, it does not have as profound affect. And if you skip a day, looks like it did before ever using. Know I can not keep this expense up, so will enjoy while it last.

Keeps my neck moisturized but unsure about results
I have been using nectiferm and nectiferm advance for about 6 months now. I love how it keeps the area moisturizer and glowy but I have not of yet seen any results with tightening and texture. I also have pretty deep neck bands and have not seen any changes. Will continue using and hopefully see results later.

Hoping it helps w/ crepiness
I’ve been using the product for about 2-3 months for my biggest concern which is creepy neck skin (likely from sun damage and pregnancy with fluctuations) I haven’t seen much change in neck creepiness but I know it could take time. It seems to be a product highly recommended by dermatologists from articles I’ve read so fingers crossed!
