Feels great on my skin
It’s too soon to tell what the true firming benefits are because I have only used this a few weeks, but I can say now that it moisturizes well and doesn’t feel thick or heavy on my skin. It also dries very quickly, and I haven’t had any skin irritation using it. The 4 rating is only because I am not sure if it’s going to make my skin firmer yet, and it’s a little on the pricey side.

I used the original formula and really felt it worked well, actually I was amazed. I’m not sure if the new and improved one is better or the same. I do feel either way you can’t go wrong with that original or this one. I do think this one seems to last longer due to the pump which helps control the amount dispersed.

This "Advanced" version is way better than their regular Revision neck cream, which smells terrible and leaves a yellow mark on clothes. Not with this one It seems pretty decent. It's not magic. Lines on the neck will not disappear, but at least, it will be moisturized.

I've been using the Advanced Nectifirm for a few weeks. I'm undecided on whether it works better than the original Nectifirm cream. I will continue to use it for awhile to give it a fair chance. It is very expensive, though. If I don't see much better results, I will go back to using the original version.
