Terrible Quality
I see that I must have received a defective product because this was the worst eyeliner I've ever used. It's goes on hard, tugs at my skin and snapped within a few seconds of usage! The smudger is not as useful as a sharpener because there's no way to get the tip pointy again. This is completely unusable! Not worth the $28 for sure.
