Hard to apply; hard to know if it worked

I have thinning dry eyebrows and lashes due to a thyroid condition. I was hoping this would do the trick, but haven’t been impressed so far. For starters, it’s impossible to get a decent amount of product on the brush. It’s frustrating. It takes a long time to get any amount on your lashes. I thought I got a bum batch (which the company replaced) but this second tube is the same. I have not seen a difference in my lashes, unfortunately. I won’t be buying again.
