Not good for sensitive skin
This had made my skin breakout badly. I stopped using it for for a while and then started again just to be sure. The smell isn’t good either. To much fragrance which could be part of the problem.

High Levels of Perfume / Synthetic Fragrance; BAD Reaction
I have been using Skinceuticals products since the late 90’s when my Dermatologist carried and recommended the brand. I have always trusted skincare using Skinceuticals and have never had a single issue in all these years… until now. I used exactly 3 drops of this product on my face and immediately smelled the intense and terrible synthetic fragrance. THEN the reaction came: bright red and burning cheeks / forehead. This reaction only happens to me when I come in contact with synthetic fragrances. I immediately washed my face, but the smell lasted after washing. It was awful. The best I can describe the fragrance would be the same as that which is in a popular beard and mustache dye. Unbearable smell; unbearable reaction. I’ll be returning the product and unfortunately be charged for return shipping.

AGE..doesn’t matter! A.G.E…does!
I use the all the Skinceuticals A.G.E. products! This was the first one I tried! I just wish they made a body lotion in the A.G.E. line! It is a silky serum with lots of pluses. I use about 2 smaller than pea size drops because the serum is fluid across your skin..no drag at all. Use a light touch and gently put it on your skin..it just flows across your face. I saw immediate results..skin looked like silk and it was glowing. Added bonus…and I kid you not..my hands and nails have greatly benefited from this product. 2 drops in middle of my left palm..using right fingers dot and smooth on face..rub remaining serum left in my hand over hands and nails! This is a “I can’t do without product”!

I will start by saying I don’t have super mature skin, but I am over 40. I am huge on anti-aging and preventative skin care. I will say that my skin looks very good while I use this product. I don’t use it twice a day only at night and that seems to work really well for my skin. This is a great night serum for me!

I was very excited to try this ultra serum based on the product description, but was very surprised when I opened it, and it did not have the liquid fluidity and consistency I was expecting. The serum is slightly more thick, but still spreads on the skin smoothly. So far, I have not seen any major improvements to my skin. Going to give it some more time to see results.

I will preface my review by saying that I love SkinCeuticals products overall. I was hopeful that I’d love this serum too but was disappointed. The serum is lovely but not a game changer for me. I was frustrated by the seeming small amount of product in the bottle and by how difficult it was to get the product in the dropper. Sorry this didn’t work out but I’m very happy with my other SkinCeuticals serums.

VERY Scented
I just received this product and started using it. It is heavily scented so if you are scent sensitive, be advised. For me, I apply the serum, leave it on awhile, then lightly rinse it off because of the scent. I then and apply other products I use. It made my face and neck feel warm after application also. No idea if this product will help my fine lines by using it this way. Way too scented for me. :(

Seeing results after only 4 weeks
I have only been using this product for about 4 weeks and so far, I have been very pleased . The serum has a nice texture , it’s not sticky at all and I only need about 3 drops to cover my face and neck . Immediately it makes your skin feel like it is tighter but not in a bad way , it’s hard to explain . After a few weeks I can see that my skin is visibly tighter with less slack and more contoured. I will continue to purchase it. My complaint is the bottle and applicator ; it is difficult to get the product out of the bottle .
