Some improvement but will continue to use
I have been using this for about 6 months to see if it would lighten the redness from a surgical scar on my face. It is lightweight and goes on smoothly smoothly. It is a semi clear gel like formula. Little goes a long way so it should last me a long time. Unfortunately no significant improvement but I will continue to use it faithfully.

This helps fade newer scars or burns, but doesnt really touch an existing scar. Hard to say on the natural healing process, but I do feel it expedites it.
