I am completely devoted to the SkinCeuticals line because of my sensitive skin. I have never had any issues with skin breakouts on any of their products. I recently added the Clarifying Clay Masque to my routine to get a nice clean face free of irritations. This product does not disappoint. It goes on smoothly and removes nicely with a warm washcloth. for oil type skin?
I have dry skin. Since it says it is for all types of skin, and the review was good I bought the masque and tried. As same as other mud masks, skin is very dry while I am using it. I worried about having wrinkles on my eyes because my skin got pulled. But I feel like it cleans pores. I don't see anything special. For me, it is just same as any mud masks.

I tried this masque because I wanted to have brighter, smoother skin after having some breakouts. I used it about twice weekly for a couple of weeks, and my skin looked radiant after the masque. I actually left the clay on longer than recommended, and it didn't cause any problems. It was easy to rinse off. I now use it once a week and will continue doing so.

Must have to clean/unclog pores
I have been buying this masque over and over again, simply for its skin cleaning properties. The unique feature, though, is that although the clay works well to lift the dirt off the skin's surface layers, it never (never!) overdries the face. I sometimes add a couple of drops of botanical phyto gel to reveal smooth and evenly toned skin after 20 min.
