It is expensive but I’ve never gotten any irritation from this and that’s so rare! I think this works best on new hyperpigmentation than old marks but it works better than pretty much anything else I’ve tried. I do recommend!

I received a decent sized sample of this and used it for about 2 weeks before deciding to buy it. I've used it on some spots I have on my hands and one on my chest and the spots are definitely lighter. Will continue to use! Thanks for sending a sample size you can actually use more than once! One application is hardly enough to properly evaluate a product!

A good maintenance product
I am on my second bottle of the discoloration defense serum. This is not as strong as SkinCeuticals other discoloration serums but for me its what I need. I have very sensitive skin and I use this product every night before my moisturizer. It does not have a strong odor and does not sting like other vitamin c based products do. I think its best suited for someone wanting to maintain their skincare regime.
