Great rich moisturizer for dry/mature skin. It absorbs quickly allows make up to go on smoothly. It is my preferred cream for daytime with 2:4:2 for nighttime.

Emollience Cream
Because I use Retin-A Tretinoin (known to be strong and irritation) on my face, neck and chest nightly colder, wintery season was approaching ahead I decided to temporarily switch from SkinCeuticals Face Cream to SkinCeuticals Emollience Rich Moisturizer to increase hydration and take advantage of its extra film to trap in moisture. Its been well over two months and my skin is responding very well. During warmer weather I normally use SkinCeuticals Face Cream which is a lightweight cream. I’d strongly recommend Emollience cream especially during colder days.

This moisturizer is more emollient that the SC tri lipid 2-4-2 moisturizer and is great for the dry winter weather. I give it a few extra minutes to absorb into my skin before I apply makeup. Keeps my skin moist all day, and I have dry skin so it never becomes oily on my face. A little goes a long way.
