ok not great
I was using the correct eye cream for years..and the site said this was the nearest substitue...it doesn't feel the same, not as thick nor absorbent.

Puffy Eyes
When I did the zoom with a skin ceuticals expert, offered through Lovely Skin, she recommended this product for my puffy eyes. I am still on the first bottle, she said it should last six months, and I have noticed the puffiness going down already. Happy I listened and tried this eye cream. Looking forward to seeing more results. Do recommend this one for eye puffiness.

Not the best for mature skin.
The AGE eye cream is much better for mature skin. This eye cream is less expensive and ok, but it’s worth it to spend a little more on the other one.

Pretty good
I usually buy the Skinceuticals A.G.E. Eye crèam but it is pricier than their Eye Balm. I thought I would save money but I think the pricier one is worth the price, this one doesn’t seem to moisturize as well.

review of skinceutical eye balm
I have been using this product twice a day since December 6th, and I have seen some results for my puffy undereye problem, but certainly not the truly noticeable results that I had hoped for. I am disappointed in this product so far.

Not for mature skin
The description states that it is for more mature skin, however, compared to AGE eye cream complex, I failed to find it very effective. It has a nice whipped consistency, however, it wasn't very hydrating as fine lines were very apparent after usage. AGE eye complex does a much better job.

Disappointed with product
For the cost of this product line I guess I have high expectations. It goes on smooth, around my eyes are not dry for winter, but the balm pills up every time I put it on and I make sure the area around my eyes are dry before applying. After 3 weeks of religious use I don't see any difference from less expensive products I've used over the years. I'm disappointed.

Neocutis MUCH better
I bought this product looking for a heavy, moisturizer and eye cream. I went on the word balm in the name thinking that this cream would be extra moisturizing. I did not find it to be the case. There''s nothing wrong with the "balm" per se... It is fine, but certainly not worth the hefty Skinceuticals price tag. If you are looking for something extra moisturizing, go with what LovelySkin recommended to me, the Neocutis balm. This all being said, LovelySkin was awesome as always. I was later told that I should have returned the product and exchanged it. That is awesome customer service! I will always shop at LS because their prices are competitive, they have a wide range of products, shipping is FAST and reasonable and their customer service is top notch. I only wish I lived close to them so I could go to the spa!!!!
