I absolutely love this gel serum.. I cannot believe it is discontinued. It has helped immensely with brightening my skin...helps with irritation and redness. I use it every day under my moisturizer. Have been using this product for years- hopefully I can find something that works just as well.

I bought this serum way before it got discontinued & let me tell you: it’s amazing, especially if combined with the phyto corrective mask & new mist! The botanical ingredients, especially the olive leaf extract & thyme, feel so good on my face & calm my skin that had already been sensitized due to a few months of retinol use as well as some Exilis sessions! Skinceuticals must have discontinued it because there isn’t much difference with the other phyto corrective gel, which they rebranded!

Nice to use, but probably won't rebuy.
The nice thing about this product is that you only need one or two drops, so it will last a long time. But, unfortunately, I saw no difference in my pigmentation. To be fair, topical over the counter pigmentation products take time to work and the results will never be as dramatic as in-office treatments. This may take the edge off for some people with pigment, especially when used in conjunction with other discoloration products. But this is an unnecessary product given the price.

Not effective, clogged pores
I wanted to finish the bottle before writing my honest review. I had a few sun spots I was hoping this product would help fade those pesky spots. However, after using this every night until the bottle was empty, those spots did not fade. I also started developing clogged pores while using this. I did not attribute using this product to the clogged pores, but once I stopped using this, I quit acquiring new clogged pores, and the congested areas started clearing up. The serum is rather sticky, so if it works for you but you don't care for the consistency, you might try using it at night. I have very sensitive, combination skin.
