Still hopeful
I love the way this product feels on my skin. It is a nice clean fresh coverage. I guess that is where the “calming” comes in. Other than that, I don’t see any benefits like combating redness or anything like that. Maybe I don’t understand the intent of the product. It is a little pricey for what it is but I like it and will keep using it (provided I can get it on sale).

Would buy again
After trying a sample I was really happy with results and how my skin did not become red once applied (this tends to happen once I wash my face and apply products). The sample did seem to have slightly more results than the full bottle or maybe it was since it was new to my skin. This is one of the only products that does not make my skin more red once applied. It doesn’t necessarily take the redness away, but it keeps it under control and prevents any increase in redness. It is not drying, doesn’t pill, and my skin likes it. I am almost done with my bottle and I would definitely buy again.

I purchased this after getting samples with my order. I love the feel of it on my skin, but am not yet sure of its efficacy (this is my first vial). I had been using Skinceuticals Discoloration Defense previously for hyperpigmentation; my aesthetician said I could switch between that and Phyto Corrective Gel. I also use it with CE Feurilic in the morning and HA Intensifier at night.

I like it so far
I'm almost to the halfway mark of using this bottle. I haven't seen any results when it comes to acne scars or hyperpgmentation yet, but it does help with the redness I get sometimes around my nose, and it is super hydrating. I'm going to wait until I finish this bottle before I decide whether or not to purchase again.

I just started using this a few weeks ago, so I cannot tell if it has reached max capacity or if there are more results to come with continued use. I have rosacea, which flares up periodically. I have found this product to be helpful at tamping it down. It does not eliminate it. (eliminating it isn't a possibility) It works better than anything else I've tried. So I would recommend for anyone with sensitivity, redness or irritation in their skin.

My aesthetician recommended this product as I have rosacea and some brown spots on my face. I’m waiting to see some lightning of the brown spots but overall my face looks clearer and the gel goes on really nice and is a more affordable product of this brand than many others. The gel is a nice texture, not sticky and is moisturizing. Hasn’t caused any breakouts which is great! Using this to decrease redness from rosacea-seems to slowly be decreasing the redness in my cheeks. It has not irritated my sensitive skin. Looking forward to see what happens over time with the redness.

Green goo is good
I was using another similar product when they changed the formulation, and I then I got this as a sample. I found this to be less sticky and just as effective, so I purchased a full size. The only downside is when I use it with the HA booster, my skins gets a little irritated.
