The mask is a dream!
I love this mask...after a work out this is a great mask to tone down the redness. It is a very cooling mask for my skin that is often times overly red. Worth the money and would repurchase.

SO FAR SO GOOD
I have been looking for a moisturizing mask that is also good for my sensitive skin (I am 41 y/o & I have rosacea). I cannot use scrubs so I can no longer get facials (sad!!) but I feel like just washing my face & moisturizing isn't enough. I LOVE all of the SkinCeuticals products I currently use (I have been using the foaming cleanser & tinted sunscreen for YEARS!) so I decided to add this mask to my routine. My skin feel smooth after using, and I am less red. No breaks out (this is key!) so overall i am happy with this mask! For now, I am doing it once a week. I may increase to 2 soon.

SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Calming Mask is gentle on my sensitive skin, and feels cooling and calming, I like this a lot. It does tone down my redness and flushing a little, just wish it did it a lot. I will definitely buy this again though, it relieves my flare ups nicely without causing breakouts!

Great post swim mask!
I bought this because I swim in a chlorinated pool 2-3 x per week. I have long struggled with peeling skin post-swim and I suspect it's because I use retinol at night. I have used this mask for 4 months now as a post swim treatment. I use a gentle exfoliator first to get rid of any flaky skin then I put this on for 15 minutes and it calms and moisturizes wonderfully. I did deduct one star because the formula does contain alcohol and goes on feeling cool, which I suspect is an unnecessary irritant, but my skin seems to benefit so much that I am overlooking the alcohol.

I mostly use this after home chemical peels it calms my skin quickly which keeps it from reacting negatively to the heat of a peel. Because my skin is kept cool after the procedure, it heals better and quicker. This also works as a very light moisturizer, and I sometimes leave it on overnight. It hasn't caused my oily skin to breakout.
