A Family Product!
I buy two bottles of this cleanser at a time--one for the shower and for under the sink, when washing my face in the evening. One of my sisters visited me; I let her try the cleanser. She went home with the bottle! Two weeks later my other sister visited. She used it, and took my second bottle home with her. They both loved the SkinCeuticals gel, and commented how clean and refreshed their faces felt. So, I just ordered another two bottles for myself! I love this product because it cleanses superbly, has a refreshing scent, and the bottle lasts a long time.

I question if this product is actually purifying/cleaning. It is very watery, not a gel consistency, and does not lather/foam at all despite the bottle stating this.

This formula is very thin and runny. It feels watery and smells a bit like a pool too. There is minimal lather, even when emulsifying vigorously between the hands. I needed to double cleanse to remove all of the day's oils/makeup/spf. It doesn't dry out my skin or make it feel tight though!

Do not like the smell
I purchased it thinking that it will have the same smell as a cream cleanser. I was very mistaken! To me this has a medicated smell which does not make a pleasant experience when using it. I am used to aromatherapeutic smells when washing my face, so I do not enjoy using it. It removes some makeup, but not completely.
