Great Everyday Tinted Sunscreen
I've been using SkinMedica Essential Defense Mineral Shield Broad Spectrum Sunscreen for a couple years. I wear it most mornings and it provides enough sun protection for my everyday activities including walking and paddleboarding. (I also wear a hat.) This sunscreen glides on well and evens out my skin tone like a foundation. I'm retired so unless I'm going somewhere special I only wear this and a little brow gel and lip gloss. SkinMedica Essential Defense Mineral Shield Sunscreen doesn't irritate my sensitive (facial) skin. I've had sensitivity from some other sunscreen brands so I am glad to have found this one. It was originally recommended by my esthetician.

I am living this mineral sunscreen and I have tried so so many over the last 12 years. I liked it so much that I ordered the tinted version to try out. I live in FL, use Vitamin C in the AM and peptides with Tretinoin in the PM. My complexion is fair to medium, tans easily, sweat profusely in the summer months and tends towards combo skin in the summer. I use a heaping quarter of a teaspoon and this sunscreen blends to invisible and dries down quickly to satin finish that isn't sticky.

This goes on beautifully and doesn't pill under other skin care. After it sits about 5 min. I finish with a light dusting of setting powder and it literally last all day and still looks perfect by the end of the day!
