I I really wanted to love this cleanser because I’ve had great experiences with other SkinMedica products. The formula feels very gentle and hydrating, and it didn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight. Unfortunately, I just didn’t feel like my skin was as clean and refreshed as I prefer after washing. I ended up returning it for that reason. I think this could be a great option for someone with dry or sensitive skin who prefers a very gentle, moisturizing cleanser. It just wasn’t quite the right fit for me.

I like the richness of this foam cleanser. I use it in the shower and it clings to my face, instead of slipping off, allowing me to cleanse all the surfaces nicely. When I rinse it, my face feels hydrated and smooth. I’ve had no reaction to my sensitive skin and will most definitely be replenishing it when needed.

Gentle cleanse
I use this in the AM when I just want something light to clear the sleep out of my eyes. Refreshing and foamy. I’m unsure if it really gets any collagen into my skin, but it feels good.

Foam foam foam!
Like I was saying, this formulation begins and ends as foam. It’s amazing, it doesn’t seem to melt into a liquid at any point. I love it. The instructions say to pit 1-2 pumps in your hand and massage onto face in a circular motion. Instead, I put 1-2 pumps, I really only need one this way, and put it on a soaked konjac sponge (also a recent genius find out of Asia) and it’s like the foam energizer bunny. The soap is unscented, but smells like Castille soap to my nose—a it’s refreshing. I recommend this cleanser

Better than expected!
I have mature skin so am always looking for cleansers that won't dry it out. Foam products usually dry out my skin but not this one! It actually leaves my skin feeling cleansed and hydrated afterwards. Will be nice to use in the winter months.

In the last few years I have tried Epionce and Eminence and thought they were THE ONE, but I saw a program on morning news show and saw this product and tried it - my face hasn’t ever looked or felt so great! I’m sensitive and appear to be allergic to many products. Hoping this will continue - will be a true miracle IF it continues to work!

This is a very gentle cleanser. So far it has not aggravated my hormonal acne (still figuring out my hormone replacement strategy). I am surprised that my face still feels tight after washing since I thought the HA would make it feel more moisturized. It’s a nice trade off from my exfoliating cleansers

This cleanser is gentle on your skin. Skin feels clean and refreshed after using. One pump is all you need to use for total facial cleaning. It lasts a long time. I've tried other brands, but for me the Skin Medica is the most effective!
