I don’t think I’ve used it long enough to see any dramatic effects but it goes on smoothly and hydrates well. If it reduces puffiness even a small amount I’ll be happy. A plus is it can be applied to upper lids. I’ve been using a less expensive eye cream and I can definitely tell this is much higher quality.

This is my second time purchasing and I do feel my eyes look brighter and more hydrated when using this. I like that it is lightweight and didn’t cause any milia for me. The pump bottle is also really great, I’m able to dispense just the right amount of product.

The best!
I am obsessed with this stuff. It instantly reduces dark circles and puffiness. I have hereditary thin skin under my eyes, which causes major dark circles, and I haven't found any other eye cream that helps like this one. It dries beautifully and doesn't cause any pilling when I use primer, under eye concealer, and setting powder on top. Also, I like that it can be used on my eyelids. It's expensive, so I don't use it everyday, but it's sooooo good. If you're debating, just try it. You won't be disappointed. It makes a fantastic gift, too!

Different formula?
I've used this in the past with good results - however this one is pilling terribly. I love skinmedica but this one will not be repurchased - the debate of whether we really need a separate eye cream continues - especially when the product performs poorly. This was an expensive miss.
