Great cleanser
It is gentle enough for my sensitive, rosacea or acne skin. The texture is light and leaves a very clean and clear skin. The pores are minimized because of the salicylic acid. I love this product.

A bit too drying
I’ve used SkinMedica Purifying Foaming Wash for a couple of years and loved it but it was discontinued. It was suggested that I try this as a replacement. It dries my skin out quite a bit. If I don’t moisturize immediately I find my skin looks and feels and dry. Time will tell if I’ll get used to it. It does clean my pores well.

Give it some time!
I use many of the SkinMedica products and I was so eager to try this product, along with the acne treatment. Initially the product caused some irritation and subtle breakouts, but over time, imy skin has not responded negatively. Now, it works really well and I like the results. I have way less breakouts and my skin is not irritated. I do think it works well, but my skin had to adjust to it.

Didn’t work for my combination skin…
This product has a good ingredient list, and I was really excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I found it too drying for my aging, combination skin. I think this product would work well for those with more oily skin. It lathered well and left my face clean, but that’s really where the positives stop for me.
