I am 59 years old (this August) and have used TNS and SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic every morning for several years. While I cannot attest to how my skin would look had I not, what I can say is this - I've had zero work done - no plastic surgery, no fillers, no Botox, etc. I'm aging naturally (the horror!), and people often tell me I look great for my age. I'm not saying I don't have wrinkles, or that this prevents them entirely, but when I look back at photos from five years ago, before I started using this combination with moisturizer and sunscreen, I honestly think my fine lines and wrinkles look better now. It's an expensive indulgence, especially both, I think (hope) worth it.

Absolute Must Have

Pilling on my skin
I purchased the TNS Advanced +serum after extensively researching medical grade products. I purchased an entire SkinMedica line including TNS, Even and Correct cream, dark spot corrector, TNS under eye cream, and 1% retinol. I was looking forward to amazing results. I am happy with all of the other products and I’m seeing a difference in my skin. I have followed the directions of applying the TNS first to clean dry skin, and it is continuously pilling. If I try to apply any of my products over top of it, I have pilling as well. I have been careful waiting for the product to absorb into my skin before applying additional products. I wanted to love the TNS, but it just isn’t working for my skin. It is way too expensive to have pilling every time I use it. Now I need to search for a different product. The rest of the SkinMedica products have been great.

I’ve used this for the last year, it performs exactly as promised with delivery of better tone and texture and overall brightness to the skin and minimization of fine lines. It really is excellent. The only drawback is the delivery system. 1) it is a large bottle with not a lot of ounces inside and it has two pumps to be dispersed ideally simultaneously, yet leaves the user wondering did I get equal parts for optimal facial application. 2) due to the bottle size, you can’t travel with it and decanting it’s two syrums is high maintenance. PLEASE SKINMEDICA - create a travel size sample for us loyal gals that love this product and want the convenience of traveling with it!

This was a splurge for me and first time using a GF serum. I enjoy applying it and have no issues with the bottle other than I can not see when I am almost out. It does pill after I apply my tretitnoin so I try to pat that in now instead of rub. It is too early to tell if it is working so I will update when my bottle is empty. Also, love Lovely Skin. Shipping is fast and love their reward system and the fact that I can use Alle points as well. They also offer good sales year round. Glad I was recommended to this site.

So I have purchased this product for years and it is the very best serum on the market. I have used high end serums and nothing is as effective! If you stop using this, you will actually notice the difference which most serums do not deliver the same results. However, I must sadly admit that it is very difficult to disperse equal amounts of the product from the pump, which is extremely aggravating!
