I've been using TNS 2x daily, including on my neck, for about 8 weeks. The softening of fine lines (and even deeper ones) is noticeable. I also use Skinmedica's Instant Bright Eye Cream. I finally ordered the Neck Correct Cream and will start using that for more focused treatment there, but TNS is a permanent part of my skincare routine.
