Too early to see difference
This is my second bottle and I’ve yet to see a lot of difference... however I did ask my derm and they said. It can take up to 6 months of consistent use. I think I’ll finish this bottle and maybe switch to something less expensive. The product is very lightweight and great to layer though.

The delivery system works better compared to the original version. As far as results, it's about the same; however, just started using it for about 2 weeks. It goes on smoothly, no irritation, and instantly makes my skin feel soft. I only use it once daily at night and sometimes I skip a day to give my skin a break from products.

I've been using this product for 2-3 weeks. I'm in my 50's and very interested in taking good care of my skin so I finally splurged on this item. My skin looks slightly better, but it could be due to a number of different things. Not sure yet if this is worth the cost. If I continue to see improvements it will get five stars.

Upgrade with a price
I used the TNS Essential Serum for years and while the price of it was a bit difficult to swallow, it was worth it for the benefits it has provided of great skin. I finally ‘bit-the-bullet’ and upgraded to the Advanced version. Frankly, I cannot tell the difference except the increase in price. I have used the Advanced version for about a month and find it to be so similar that I don’t think it is worth the increased price tag. Nonetheless, it is still a great product that my skin seems grateful for every time I apply it.

Have seen no difference
So far I've seen no difference from the original TNS. Both products keep my skin silky. I only gave it a 4 because like the other I really dislike the container. It's hard to get both sides out at the same time. At least with the other one was red so you knew what you were getting. With the new one both sides are white so it's hard to tell. I like SkinMedica but I wish they would change their packaging.

This is a great serum/ moisturizer if you don't mind the price. When I used it my skin felt well hydrated and had a nice glow. It didn't last all that long so I couldn't justify the price for myself. But if price is not a problem for you, I say go for it!

Loving the Results
I really love the new TNS serum. My skin looks so much brighter. I was out at dinner with the girls the other night and my friend asked me if I was doing something different to my skin. I said no, but then I reflected that the only change I had made was switching from the regular TNS serum to the Advanced. I will say that there was some skin irritation at first. This stuff is strong. The effects were similar to when I first began using Retin-A. The red skin patches lasted about a week but have since revealed a truly glowing complexion. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that the two sides of the pump do not dispense evenly. I have to block one side in order for the other to dispense. I hope this is just a one off defect because I certainly intend to reorder.
