I do not find any difference between this and the old TNS Serum EXCEPT...the smell is much better with the new serum. If you liked the old one, you will like the new one!

Love this product so much I have set up for auto renew
I already reviewed this product once. But now on my second bottle and continue to love it. I even signed up for auto-renew. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 stars is the price. However, the pricing offered through LovelySkin, including discount for auto-renew, makes it more affordable.

Have seen no difference
So far I've seen no difference from the original TNS. Both products keep my skin silky. I only gave it a 4 because like the other I really dislike the container. It's hard to get both sides out at the same time. At least with the other one was red so you knew what you were getting. With the new one both sides are white so it's hard to tell. I like SkinMedica but I wish they would change their packaging.

This is a great serum/ moisturizer if you don't mind the price. When I used it my skin felt well hydrated and had a nice glow. It didn't last all that long so I couldn't justify the price for myself. But if price is not a problem for you, I say go for it!

I've only been using SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum for three weeks so I haven't seen results quite yet. Therefore the 4 stars. My skin does look and feel smooth after I apply it however and make up goes on smoothly. I will give it a few more weeks to hopefully see great results.

Loving the Results
I really love the new TNS serum. My skin looks so much brighter. I was out at dinner with the girls the other night and my friend asked me if I was doing something different to my skin. I said no, but then I reflected that the only change I had made was switching from the regular TNS serum to the Advanced. I will say that there was some skin irritation at first. This stuff is strong. The effects were similar to when I first began using Retin-A. The red skin patches lasted about a week but have since revealed a truly glowing complexion. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that the two sides of the pump do not dispense evenly. I have to block one side in order for the other to dispense. I hope this is just a one off defect because I certainly intend to reorder.

Pricey but worth it for anti aging. I could tell a difference in just a few days. The reason for only 4 stars is the smell. It doesn’t linger at all so that’s good. I would not hesitate to use it at all. Great product for me as I’m 64 and warding off old skin.

Too soon to tell...
I have seen the benefits that others have received from this product so I decided to try it. It expensive so I’m hoping that equals results and quality. The one negative I have notice is that it peels off of your skin when you start layering your other skin products over it. I have tried to let it “set up” on my skin before applying other products. That doesn’t seem to help much. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

I was excited to try this new formula. I've been using the TNS Essential Serum for a few years now and love it but haven't always been fond of the smell. This new Advanced+ formula does smell better and has a smoother silkier texture however I haven't found that its any better than the TNS Essential one I've been using and I've gone thru two bottles. In addition, as some have posted here, I also find it doesn't play well with other products and tends to pill which is a bummer.

Not any better than TNS Essential Serum
I have been using this a month now and havent noticed any difference between this new formula and the old formula. I enjoyed seeing the 2 shades with the essential serum and I liked the scent. It was a light fragrance. The advanced serum is white and clear with no scent. With the price increase and having no noticeable differences....I'm going to stick with the Essential serum which is a few bucks cheaper.
