Too early to tell
I have only been using this product for a few weeks and I can see an improvement but still too early to tell how it will work long terms I am excited to see the results.

Pricey but worth it for anti aging. I could tell a difference in just a few days. The reason for only 4 stars is the smell. It doesn’t linger at all so that’s good. I would not hesitate to use it at all. Great product for me as I’m 64 and warding off old skin.

Too soon to tell...
I have seen the benefits that others have received from this product so I decided to try it. It expensive so I’m hoping that equals results and quality. The one negative I have notice is that it peels off of your skin when you start layering your other skin products over it. I have tried to let it “set up” on my skin before applying other products. That doesn’t seem to help much. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

SkinMedica TNS Advanced+
I was excited to try this new formula. I've been using the TNS Essential Serum for a few years now and love it but haven't always been fond of the smell. This new Advanced+ formula does smell better and has a smoother silkier texture however I haven't found that its any better than the TNS Essential one I've been using and I've gone thru two bottles. In addition, as some have posted here, I also find it doesn't play well with other products and tends to pill which is a bummer.

Not any better than TNS Essential Serum
I have been using this a month now and havent noticed any difference between this new formula and the old formula. I enjoyed seeing the 2 shades with the essential serum and I liked the scent. It was a light fragrance. The advanced serum is white and clear with no scent. With the price increase and having no noticeable differences....I'm going to stick with the Essential serum which is a few bucks cheaper.

Improved pump?
I’ve used the original tns serum before with good results. I find both versions help to refine skin texture. This one seems a bit less greasy to me? Also the pump works MUCH better than the original serum pump. I’ve realized the best way for me to use is do 1/2 a pump morning and night on damp skin. There is some control to the pump if you’re careful. This way less is waisted and hopefully it will last me longer? One full pump of the red serum morning and night lasted me only about 1 1/2 months. And during the day it was making me way too greasy. I use tretinoin and hydroquinone and find this serum reduces the days when my skin would be a peeling, red (embarrassing) disaster. I have oily, acne prone 41 yr old skin that finds a way to be oily and dry and peeling all at once. Most anti aging creams and serums break me out by the second week of use and I stop them. I’m so happy this doesn’t!! So I think it’s worth it. I enjoy the simplicity of just investing in one serum that does it all and works with my rx skin care. And hoping it will be effective enough to reduce the amount/frequency of Botox, etc. That would help justify the price.

Have only been using little over a week, so yet to notice any difference from the advanced TNS version but the new advanced version pills/rolls off so cannot use during the daytime if you're wearing sunscreen or makeup. So can be used only at night.

Feels good, fresh faced, absorbs well
So far I've noticed a slight improvement in skin. I am on second bottle, waiting to hit at least 12 weeks to see full benefits as claimed. Had problems with bottle dispensing unevenly and wasting a lot of product trying to fix it, but LovelySkin was fantastic about sending a replacement!

I like all of the SkinMedica Products I've used, and I think that they have definitely helped to keep my skin in good shape and keep me looking younger than my chronological age. I love the product and the way it makes my skin look (tighter) and feel (smoother). My skin looks and feels younger. The 4 vs. 5 stars is due to the $$ of the product. Wish the average person could afford.

Need more time
I have been using. SkinMedica TNS for years and thought I would try the new formula. I have only been using the new formula for a couple of weeks and really cannot tell a difference. However, I think I need to give the new formula more time. I think the pump disperses the product more evenly then the old formula.

This is my first bottle of TNS Advanced. So far so good! I used TNS serum before and feel it's a maintenance must. The advanced serum has a lighter feel which I like. The scent did not bother me before but now has little to no scent. I have great expectations considering the brand.

I recently purchased this serum. I was using the original one, but I thought I give this one a try. Really cant see the difference between the two, except for the COST! so too early to say nay or ya. but it does seep into the skin and doesn't feel greasy...which is good, since I have oily skin.

A bit of pilling
I have used the SkinMedica TNS in the past and have always loved it. This is my first time trying this new formula. It is a bit thinner consistency, but covers nicely. My only issue at this point is that I applied the SkinMedica HA5 after and noticed some pilling. I normally give a product anywhere from 2 - 5 minutes before layering another. I will keep using, however, will increase the wait time a bit.

Another Great SkinMedica Product
I really love many of the SkinMedica products and the TNS Advanced+ is no exception. This one does not have a smell so many people may appreciate that. I am also pleased that after just 2 weeks my skin does seem a little smoother. I need to use it a while longer to determine if it beats the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum which I really love and had been using for several months until I switched to try the Advanced+.

Still trying to figure out if I can use this
I love SkinMedica products, but I am having difficulty with the new TNS Advanced+ Serum. My skin peels when I use it. When I first received it, I used it for about five days and my skin got so bad that it chafed and was very red. I discontinued using it and then started using it every three days. It was better, but my skin became dry and peeled lightly. I've decided to try it every four days and see how it goes. If all is well, I will increase my use of it gradually. I'm hoping it works out. Otherwise, I will go back to the regular TNS Serum.
