Good serum
I have been using the regular TNS serum and decided to try this. I do like it a lot and see some improvements with my skin. The only negative would be that some times only one of the serums is dispensed when you press down the pump. I know they are supposed to work together so it’s frustrating when this happens. Not sure how to remedy the problem unless you package both serums individually and sell them as a pair.

This product came recommended by my dermatologist and I've used it for the past year. Because its so pricey, I am only using during the evening after cleansing my face. 1 pump of the serum, my prescription tretinoin, and moisturizer has been my nightly skincare routine. I was a fun of the first generation TNS serum, that was discontinued, and this is a very different product. It doesn’t go well under makeup, has thicker texture, but overall cleaner fresher feeling, and there is no red coloring (which is a huge plus).

Reformulated?
I was happy with the former product, but it appears to be reformlated. It is not as rich, and I don't think it is as effective. I still like it, and it does seems to work almost as well, but I wish they would not have done this!

Hopeful...
I have very dry, sensitive skin and this product has not caused any breakout issues. I have been using it for 8 months. Not sure I can really see a difference in my skin specifically due to this serum - perhaps if I stopped using it, I would see that it is worth the price... Hopeful that with more usage I will see improvement, but it may be simply a maintenance serum for me.

Second Time Around
This is my second time trying this product. I tried it early last Fall but only used one container of it. I didn't see any results and felt that I should have seen something for the exorbitant price. Fast forward to about February. I came across on the internet some reviews that resparked my interest. Most encouraged using this product longer than one container's worth. There happened to be a pretty decent sale going on at LovelySkin then so I thought I'd give it another try. I am halfway through my second container of this and am seeing some results, as in more firmness and elasticity. Right now, I am only giving 4 stars as I am hoping to not see some fine lines (in the not to distant future?) as well. So ladies, I would say . . . don't be disappointed if you don't see anything happening after just one purchase. Go for 2 and then judge.

I really do like this product. I only use it at night as it is quite expensive. I do think I see a difference in skin care and use it in place of different skin cares that I have at night. This covers it all. The only complaint is the dispenser. Remember to keep it upside down and use three fingers to dispense it. I can get two months out it if I am careful. You do not need much of the product. It covers well. I only gave it 4stars due to the dispenser.
