I used the original TNS and was eager to try the new formula, TNS+. It does not disappoint. SkinMedica products are always packed with potent ingredients and the TNS + is a staple in my daily routine. My skin is more radiant. My pores are less visible and my wrinkles seem to be less noticeable. Of course I don’t rely on just products. I use these in conjunction with proper skin rejuvenating procedures like hydra facials, micro needling and most recently, the plasma pen. The TNS+ along with these procedures has kept my 54 year old skin looking great. I highly recommend.

I have used this SkinMedica serum for about 3 years and I promise you it works. It is the real scientific skincare deal. I didn’t love the old formula’s smell or feel so I am so happy they came up with this new formula. I am 53. I was 49 when I started using it. My skin literally improved regarding fine lines and firmness. I love to experiment with different skincare but this serum is my staple. I won’t change it. It’s not cheap but it is worth is as it does what it says it will.

This product made an impact on my skin. I noticed an improvement in the texture, smoothness and hydration. I like this product is multi-purpose, so it eliminates having to use so many other products. In the am I use SkinCeuticals C serum, TNS advanced serum and sunscreen. (Moisturizer in cold weather). The serum goes on smooth, not greasy and sinks into my skin. It did not cause issues with my sensitive skin or breakouts. I will definitely order again.

I love SkinMedia and my derm swears by it. I have mature skin, and have used used TNS for years. This is my first experience with TNS Advanced and I've been using it for about 2 weeks. There are some subtle differences between the original TNS and Advanced. It's almost odorless, and the product absorbs quickly and feels light on my skin. There is no problem layering it with other products in my regimen. My skin is bright, glowing, pores appear refined and may be firmer. I am hoping for some lift and diminished deep wrinkles, but it's too soon to tell.
