Fantastic Serum!
I have been using TNS Essential Serum for several years and have now switched to the Advanced Serum. I definitely prefer the Advanced. It feels super smooth and hydrating and it seems to go farther than the Essential Serum. My face appears to have fewer fine lines and overall texture is improved. I'm approaching 60 and using this exceptional serum is an important step in my skin care regime. It is an expensive product but I definitely recommend trying it.

Miracle in a “bottle”
I’ve been using TNS serum for 4 years. I’ve not gotten any new wrinkles, just some fine lines which is to be expected at 67 years old.
