Product seems promising so far
I’ve been using the product twice a day on some wrinkles/lines that have fairly recently started to form around my mouth area. While I have not noticed a reduction in the appearance of those wrinkles/lines, I have noticed that the product seems to be doing something. Initially, my skin began to flake (similar to what I have experienced when using a retinol product). I have only been using the product for a couple of weeks now, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m expecting to see some results with long term use.

Great anti-aging
Definitely improved my skin tone and texture! It's a miracle in a bottle. Within 2 weeks I already noticed the difference in my skin and tone. One disappointing factor is the dispenser is not great and towards the end of the bottle it gets hard to push out all the product. Overall great, and has definitely become a staple in my skin care regiment. Must buy!

Nicer Smell and less color on skin
I seriously am a terrible judge of how my skin looks. I've been using TNS for years and get a lot of compliments on my skin. I throw in a couple of other products along with it, so I'm hardly a controlled test. Bur I"ve had enough complements to tell me what I'm doing works. I do like the advanced serum because it is less stinky and doesn't have the orange tinge.

I began using SkinMedica TNS when it first came out. I loved the product, but stopped using it in order to find something else a bit less expensive. I wasn't as pleased with the results of other products and decided to try SkinMedica again when they introduced the Advanced+ Serum. Fabulous Results But Drying
Yields fantastic results but I find it drying. I need to use a stronger moisturizer with it but those sometimes break me out. I end up just skipping days of the serum here and there which I worry dilutes its effectiveness.

Nothing makes my skin look so good. I only wish they would design a better applicator that doesn’t clog. Too pricey too. But I will pay it for now. It will be the first thing to go however if finances change.

This serum leaves my skin glowing, but the delivery system doesn't work well. 2 products are suppose to stream out with a single pump- sometimes it works, but frequently not. Given the price, it needs to work every time.

TNS Advanced Serum is amazing! Goes on very smoothly and makes my skin so soft. I know it takes a few weeks to see results but I feel I can see a slight improvement around my lips. Only negative is the dispenser took me a while to get both sides to come out evenly. I agree with only reviews that for the price of the product dispenser should work better.

It's great, but...
I would love to give this 5 stars because it does make my skin look better. 4 stars because this is the 2nd bottle and the clear side doesn't come out as much as the white side until the white side is all gone then you are just left with clear. I know now to keep the bottle and use the clear side with the new white side. So expensive so I hate to waste any.

Great serum with outrageous amount of packaging
This is my second bottle of SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum. I started trying this line per the recommendation of my older sister. She believes SkinMedica is "the best" and has had some noticeable changes in her skin since using their products. I like the consistency of this serum. It is a combination of two products that you mix together before applying. I was having some trouble with uneven distribution of the products, but storing the bottle upside down solved the issue. It "plays well" with my other products, and I am able to layer it with SkinMedica HA Hydrator, sunscreen, and foundation in the morning without pilling. I am 32 and take good care of my skin, so I can't comment on whether it has helped with fine lines and wrinkles. My skin does feel stronger and plumper, and I have noticed some slight lightening of small areas of melasma in combination with SkinMedica Lytera 2.0. I'm sure I will continue to notice its benefits over time. However, as with other SkinMedica products, I can't get over how much packaging is used for a 1oz product. It comes in such a large box, and the bottle seems much larger than it needs to be. I know I am paying a lot for a small amount of product, and I am okay with that. I do not need 4x the necessary packaging to justify my purchase. I don't usually like to include things like this in reviews, but it's 2021 and consumers are concerned with their "footprints" more than ever.

A great serum
I love this product. Yes, it’s super pricey- yet for me one pump is all I need, so it lasts well. And it just has so many good things in it! I’m a believer. I splurge on a serum to get the ingredients that really seem to make a difference in the long run, & then will buy a simpler, less expensive moisturizer to fit what I can spend. I think this is more effective than trying to get everything in one magic cream, which I doubt exists! This product combined with SkinMedica’s Retinol @ night are my investment products.
